Do you offer delivery to hospital?
Due to the Covid 19 restriction, I am unable to offer this service at the time being.
I am sorry for the inconvenience and hopefully I can offer this option again in the near future.
What are the payment options?
I accept Paypal, Credit Card and Bank transfer.
The details for the bank transfer will be provided once you have finished with the check out. Please make sure you screenshot the receipt and email to snowbabiez.sales@gmail.com so I can track the payment easily.
What is your return policy?
Unfortunately, as the hamper is only made when order has been received, I am unable to accept return for change of mind.
However, if the hampers became damaged during shipping, I will offer either refund or will send a new hamper out. Please feel free to contact me if this happen.
How much does shipping cost?
The shipping rate varies between each state, but will be calculated on a flat rate regardless if you are in metro or rural areas.
Shipping cost will also depends on how big the nappy cakes are.
Which nappies brand do you use in the hamper?
For the nappies, I use Huggies Infant nappies (size 4-8kg).
The reason for choosing the size is so if the baby is born a bit big, then the nappies wont be wasted.
Can I request nappy size?
Yes, I do offer different nappy size according to your requirement.
What brand do you use for the baby item?
For most of the bodysuits, baby pants and bibs, I use the Carter brand. Occasionally I do use other brand if they offer a really cute design or a particular design that suit the themed hamper.
However, please be assured that I took the item quality very seriously and will only use items that is soft and comfortable for the baby.
What size is the bodysuit and pants?
I use size 3-6 months for the reason that if the baby is born big, then the she/he will still be able to wear the items later on.
If you need other sizes, please just let me know as I do offer choices for 0-3 months, 6-9 months, 9-12 months.
Can you customize to suit my theme?
Yes, I will definitely do my best to make the SnowBabiez hamper and nappy cake suit your theme for baby showers or other celebration.
Do you have gift basket for new mum?
I do not make any gift hamper ONLY for the new mum at the moment, but I can help you pick out an extra things for the new mum to add to the baby hampers. Some options would be T2 gift packs / nice hand lotion / luxury bath stuff etc. It will be tailored to your wants and budgets.
